The theme for our May box is Grace Over (Productivity) Guilt! If you ever feel disappointed in yourself for not checking everything off your never-ending to-do list or feel guilty for not doing something "productive" even on your day off, you may have experienced productivity guilt.
Productivity feels good and that in itself isn't a bad thing. But when we start attaching our value to it and wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor, it can become toxic. I believe you can do anything but you can't do everything, friend, and it's time to stop setting ourselves up for failure and start letting go of the guilt of not doing all the things all the time.
