  • What is My Best 9 to 5 Life? 
    My Best 9 to 5 Life is a monthly curated box + online community that inspires hard-working women to experience more joy and self-care in their work day!

  • What's in the box?
    Each month, subscribers get 4-6 surprise premium items curated around a personal growth theme, such as: a personal development book to work through together, a cute item for your office to add joy and motivation to your work day, a lifestyle product picked with busy working women in mind and a self-care product to help you de-stress and prioritize your well-being. You also get exclusive access to our online community of fellow motivated women like you and other members-only perks! See what we've included in past boxes.

  • When will I receive my first box? 
    If you subscribe by the end of the month, you will receive the upcoming month's box. If you subscribe after, you will receive the box after that. So for example, if you subscribe on August 1 - 31, your box will ship by the first week of September. If you subscribe on September 1, your first box will be October's and your box will ship by the first week of October.

  • Is there a contract?
    Nope! Our subscription is month-to-month and you can easily skip a box or cancel in your portal anytime before it renews on the 15th each month.

  • How much does it cost?
    For only $49/month, you get the surprise box of goodies, the monthly workbook, access to our private, subscriber-only online community and other members-only perks! Subscription boxes ship for a discounted rate of $7 anywhere in the U.S.
  • Can I buy one box without subscribing?
    Yes, but only when we have extra boxes available as sometimes, they sell out. If you're really interested in a certain month's theme, you can always just subscribe for one month and then immediately cancel so you don't risk missing out on that box.

    • How do I update my billing information?
      If you created an account, you can log in and update it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can edit it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!

    • When will I be billed?
      Subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th each month so if you need to skip or cancel, you must do it in your portal or through the link in your subscription email, or contact us before then.

    MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

    • My billing information changed. How do I update it?
      If you've created an account, you can log in and update it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can edit it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!

    • How do I cancel my subscription?
      We're sorry to see you go but if you've created an account, you can log in and cancel it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can cancel it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and while we'll be sad, we'll cancel it for you.

    • Can I skip a month?
      Absolutely! Easily skip next month's box in your portal if you've created an account. If you haven't created an account yet, you can create it by clicking on the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!

    • I wanted to skip or cancel but missed the deadline. Can I get a refund?
      Like a good work bestie, I got you! Shipped boxes and orders are not refundable so email us ASAP before it ships and we'll be happy to process a refund: hello@mybest9to5life.com.

    • If I don't need the items in my box, can I return it?
      Because our box is a surprise, shipped boxes and orders are non-refundable. If you don't need the items in your box, it would be a great opportunity to gift them to a team member or your work bestie! They will appreciate your act of kindness.

    SHIPPING

    • How much is shipping? 
      Subscription boxes ship for a discounted rate of $7 anywhere in the U.S. One-time product orders $50+ ship free anywhere in the U.S. Discounted shipping rates will be offered for orders < $50 based on your location and desired shipping speed. 

    • Where do you ship to?
      We currently only ship within the U.S. We'll consider shipping internationally in the future if there's a demand for it.

    • When does the box ship each month?
      Subscription boxes ship at the end of each month. One-time orders ship in 1-2 business days.

    • I haven't received my box yet. What do I do?
      Please allow up to 8 business days from the date of shipping to receive your box. If your tracking number shows that it was delivered, first check around your property and with your neighbors. If it's still not there, please contact us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we will investigate it for you.

    • A product in my box arrived damaged/defective. 
      Oh no! If any of the items inside arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo at hello@mybest9to5life.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

    • My box was lost/stolen/damaged by the carrier.
      I got you! While we aren't responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, email us ASAP at hello@mybest9to5life.com so we can look into it and take care of you!
    • I moved. How do I change my shipping address?
