HOW IT WORKS

  • What is My Best 9 to 5 Life? 
    My Best 9 to 5 Life is a monthly subscription box + online community that inspires hard-working women to find joy in their work day and empowers them to realize their dreams!
  • What's in the box?
    Each month, subscribers will get 4-6 surprise items curated around a theme: a personal development book to work through together, a chic office decor or supply to add joy to your work day, a motivational lifestyle product to encourage you all month, a self-care product to prioritize your well-being, exclusive access to our online community of fellow motivated women like you and other surprises!
  • When will I receive my first box? 
    If you subscribe by the end of the month, you will receive the upcoming month's box. If you subscribe after, you will receive the box after that. So for example, if you subscribe on August 31, your box will ship on or around September 4. If you subscribe on September 1, your first box will be October's and your box will ship on or around October 4.
  • Is there a contract?
    Nope! Our subscription is month-to-month and you can easily pause or cancel anytime.
  • How much does it cost?
    $49 a month + a discounted $7 flat rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.!

  • How do I update my billing information?
    If you created an account, you can log in and update it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can edit it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!
  • When will I be billed?
    Subscriptions auto-renew on the 15th each month so if you need to skip or cancel, you must do it in your portal or through the link in your subscription email, or contact us before then.

  • My billing information changed. How do I update it?
    If you've created an account, you can log in and update it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can edit it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    We're sorry to see you go but if you've created an account, you can log in and cancel it in your portal. If you haven't created an account yet, you can cancel it through the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and while we'll be sad, we'll cancel it for you.
  • Can I skip a month?
    Absolutely! Easily skip next month's box in your portal if you've created an account. If you haven't created an account yet, you can create it by clicking on the link you received in your subscription email. You can also email us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we'll take care of it for you!
  • I wanted to skip or cancel but missed the deadline. Can I get a refund?
    You must request a refund before we ship the boxes around the 4th of the month. Shipped boxes and orders are non-refundable.
  • If I don't need the items in my box, can I return it?
    Shipped boxes and orders are non-refundable. If you don't need the items in your box, that would be a great opportunity to do an act of kindness and gift them to your work bestie!

SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping? 
    Subscription boxes ship for a discounted flat rate of $7 anywhere in the U.S.! Product orders over $50 are eligible for free standard shipping. Otherwise, discounted shipping rates will automatically be calculated based on your location and desired shipping speed.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently only ship within the U.S. We'll consider shipping internationally in the future if there's a demand for it.
  • When does the box ship each month?
    Subscription boxes ship by the 4th each month. One-time orders ship in 1-2 business days.
  • I haven't received my box yet. What do I do?
    Please allow up to 8 business days from the date of shipping to receive your box. If your tracking number shows that it was delivered, first check around your property and with your neighbors. If it's still not there, please contact us at hello@mybest9to5life.com and we will investigate it for you.
  • My box arrived damaged. What do I do?
    Oh no! If any of the items inside arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@mybest9to5life.com within 7 days and we'll send a replacement out to you!
  • I moved. How do I change my shipping address?
